Billing
Billing questions
How do I pay?
Paid plans are billed by card through Stripe, monthly or annually. You can manage your plan, payment method and invoices from the billing portal at any time. Enterprise customers can be invoiced.
Is VAT included?
Premises Plus prices include VAT. Enterprise and Finder API prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies. You can add your VAT number in the billing portal.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay the prorated difference. Downgrades are credited against your next invoice. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens if a payment fails?
We'll retry your card and keep your plan running while we do. If payment still fails, your account moves to the free plan for that product. Your data isn't deleted.
What happens if I go over a limit?
On Enterprise, your register becomes read-only until you upgrade or archive assets. On the Finder API, extra lookups are charged at your plan's overage rate, or stop at the Sandbox limit. Nothing is ever deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If you're a consumer in the UK, you have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription. See our Terms of Service for details.
