Regimate Premises

A QR code on the door. Keyholders on alert.

Register a home, holiday let, shop or unit. If a neighbour, guest or passer-by spots a problem, they scan the property's QR code and your keyholders are alerted straight away. No app, no account, no phone numbers on display.

How it works

From "something's wrong" to "we're on it".

01 · Register

Add the property

Residential, commercial, industrial or holiday let. Each one gets its own Property ID and QR code.

02 · Keyholders

Add keyholders

Name, phone and email for each person who can respond. Keyholders don't need a Regimate account.

03 · Display

Put up the QR code

Print the "Emergency contact" label for a door, gate, meter cupboard or shop window.

04 · Respond

Get alerted

Keyholders are emailed instantly with a link to acknowledge. You can chat with the person who raised the alert.

For the person who scans

Simple for them. Private for you.

The alert page is built for a stressful moment: clear, quick and mobile-first.

Shows the right emergency number for their country first, because real emergencies need 999, 112 or 911.
They describe the problem and can add up to three photos. Photos are checked by moderation before anyone sees them.
Your keyholders' names and numbers are never shown on the public page.
Built-in limits stop the same person sending repeated alerts.

Holiday lets

Guests and neighbours can flag a leak or a broken lock while you're miles away.

Shops and offices

Out-of-hours alerts reach the right keyholder, not a phone number taped to the glass.

Storage and units

Lock-ups, workshops and yards that nobody visits every day.

Family homes

A neighbour notices a window open while you're away. Now they can tell you.

Regimate Premises isn't an emergency service or a monitored alarm. If anyone is in danger, or a crime is in progress, call 999 (or your local emergency number) first.

Questions

Premises FAQs

Do keyholders need a Regimate account?

No. Keyholders are alerted by email with a secure link to acknowledge the incident. If a keyholder also has a Regimate account, they'll get a push notification too.

What does the person raising an alert need to give?

Their name, mobile number and email, plus a short description. This helps you follow up and discourages misuse. Keyholders see the reporter's name and message; the property owner can also see their contact details to follow up.

Can I pause alerts?

Yes. You can pause and resume monitoring for each property at any time, for example while you're on site or doing building work.

How are access notes protected?

On Premises Plus, access notes (such as a key-safe location) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and only revealed to a keyholder after they acknowledge an alert.

Can I buy Premises Plus in the app?

Premises Plus is available on the web at my.regimate.app. Once you've upgraded, your plan applies everywhere you use Regimate.
